• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before booking date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs from 7am; returns from 5pm (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Hotel pick-up from Central Sydney accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time
• The self-guided hike component of tour will run for approximately 2 hours
• This tour is suitable for active people with a reasonable level of fitness
• Ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for hiking
• Additional food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Minimum number of 2 guests and a maximum of 14 passengers for this tour

• AEA Luxury reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum participant numbers have not been met
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• If necessary, an alternative and similar track may be used due to weather, road closures or any other reason outside of the operators control
• AEA Luxury Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. AEA Luxury Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of any cancellations or changes to their booking with the option of a transfer or a refund
• This tour operates in environmental and culturally sensitive areas. Any person found wilfully damaging the environment or indigenous art, or causing discomfort to others will be requested to leave the tour at the nearest public transport depot. Any costs incurred will be at that person’s own expense
