• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers from Canggu, Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, Uluwati and Nusa Dua areas can be purchased as an add-on at checkout. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Transfers to/from Ubud area hotels can be arranged from IDR100,000 per car, payable in cash directly to the driver on day of travel
• For guests making their own way to/from Serangan Harbour, please note online taxis (ie Grab and Go-Jek) are not permitted inside the harbour by local government. The only option will be a local taxi
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Drinks can be purchased at lunch, payable directly to vendor
• Please note, this experience is not wheelchair accessible
• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time

• Transfer add-on is valid per vehicle with room for up to six passengers

• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions

• Manta ray sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed as they are wild animals and their behaviour is unpredictable
• Itinerary is subject to change by crew due to weather and sea conditions, such as rain or significant swell. In such cases, an alternative itinerary will be offered. No refund will be provided if there are no manta rays or if the itinerary is changed due to weather
• Tour is contingent upon the approval of the Port Authority regarding the weather conditions. In the event that the Port Authority denies permission to commence the tour due to unfavorable weather conditions, such as significant waves or strong winds, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Bluuu Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
