- Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- There will be a penalty fee of IDR50,000 if you are unable to show up on time
- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. The next 30 minutes will incur an additional surcharge of IDR50,000 to be paid in cash directly to the driver. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from the original pick up time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
