• Available: Thursday – Monday: Pick-up from 8.25am; returns: 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Christmas Day & New Years Day; check calendar for full availability

• Please ensure you are at your designated pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time. Late arrivals and no shows will void offer

• Alcohol is not permitted onboard any of Autopia Tours’ vehicles
• Please note lunch is not included on this tour, this is at your own expense
• Please note there are no luggage storage facilities onboard the vehicle, please only bring a small day pack with you
• Please allow approximately 8.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to bookings@gltg.com.au
• You must be 18+ in order to participate in this experience, and a valid ID must be presented upon request
• This tour is subject to minimum numbers, should these not be met your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled
• Autopia Tours reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if external events occur that deem it not viable for them to operate the planned itinerary. Should Autopia Tours have to cancel your trip you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
