• Up to 12 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 10 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 10 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Guests must call 0220 474 575 directly to make booking changes

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: Departures from 6.30am; returns from 3pm. Times vary according to pick-up location
• Pick-up/drop-off point: Return shared transfers from selected Auckland CBD hotels
• Please arrive at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-show void offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, additional drinks, and infant seats are not included
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time
• You will require a printed copy of your ticket on the day of your booking
• Travel insurance is recommended on tours
• Infants aged 0–2 travel free but are required to be listed when booking. Infant seats can be supplied from NZ$50, payable directly to Auckland & Beyond Tours

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled, rescheduled or alternative options offered
• Auckland & Beyond Tours reserves the right to vary any fares, routes, overnight stops, pricing, inclusions, accommodation operators, departure dates, times and locations without notice
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Auckland & Beyond Tours reserves the right to substitute other vehicles subject to availability
• Auckland & Beyond Tours shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of a cancellation or abandonment of, or delay to any trip however caused
• Auckland & Beyond Tours will not be liable for the sickness of, injury to, or death of, any passenger, or the loss of, or damage to, any personal effects, whether caused by Auckland & Beyond Tours’ negligence or otherwise
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
