• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• ID must be presented for all bookings upon check-in
• The tour will depart on time. Failure to board will result in your ticket being forfeited
• Abusive and aggressive behaviour will result in a 100% cancellation fee
• The vehicle doesn’t have toilets on board - please go before checking in
• You can access the audio guide from your personal wifi enabled device (phone, tablet etc) BYO headphones or purchase at check-in from $4
• Complimentary wifi is provided on board to access the audio guide
• Two hours free parking at Circle on Cavill Carpark (must present booking confirmation to obtain)

• Seating is pre-allocated for safety purposes. Although every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests to seat friends, families, or groups together, no guarantee is made that Aquaduck can accommodate these requests
• Only bottled water is permitted on tour. Please leave food and drink behind

Terms & Conditions:

• Infants ride free on your lap, but must be included in your booking as there is a capacity head count on board
• Children must be under 16 to receive a ticket at the child’s rates
• Children 10 an under must be accompanied by a full paying adult
• No intoxicated person will be permitted to ride on the Aquaduck. Any signs of intoxication identified or suspected by Aquaduck staff will be acted upon and the ticket holder will not be permitted to ride
• Aquaduck will take all reasonable steps to follow the tour route as advertised but Aquaduck reserves the right to vary the tour route due to prevailing tides, weather, special events, traffic conditions or the like
• Where Aquaduck is unable to provide and cancels the particular Aquaduck ride/tour for reasons including mechanical failure, staffing shortages, unsuitable weather conditions or the like, Aquaduck will take all reasonable steps to offer a later Aquaduck ride/tour, or a refund
