• Available every day: Departures from 8am–4pm
• Bookings valid to 30 November 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return hotel transfers are available from select Airlie Beach hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Departure Point: Main Terminal, Whitsunday Airport – 12 Air Whitsunday Rd, Shute Harbour QLD 4802
• For self-driving guests, please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Important:

• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Flight times are estimates and may vary slightly
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat on flight and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
• Pregnant women are encouraged to seek medical advice prior to scenic flight

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for flights to proceed
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Fly Australia Charters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Maximum weight 130kg per passenger, however, all flights are subject to weight and balance
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• If the weather is unsuitable on the day, Fly Australia Charters will make an assessment and contact participants directly. In this case, the flight will be rescheduled at a more appropriate time or day
• Fly Australia Charters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Fly Australia Charters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• Waiver must be completed for all participants. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for any participants under 18 years old
