- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should PGA Australia need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking.
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Important:

- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Play times are approximate and subject to change at any time
- The Championship is an outdoor event and there is an inherent risk that play at the event will be impacted by adverse weather conditions
- PGA Australia may be required, or may determine that it is appropriate, to delay, postpone or cancel play on a day of the Championship due to adverse weather conditions and/or for safety-related reasons arising from or associated with adverse weather conditions
- In the unfortunate event that play is cancelled, the following will apply in relation to hospitality packages:
- If no play occurs on the relevant day, PGA Australia will refund to the customer the amount paid by the customer for the hospitality package on the relevant day less an amount for any third party costs incurred by or on behalf of PGA Australia in relation to the hospitality package (including, without limitation, food and beverage costs, employment and contractor costs and costs associated with establishment of relevant facilities)
- If any play occurs on the relevant day, PGA Australia will not provide a refund or any other compensation for the hospitality package
