Cancellations:

• Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to departure date: booking can be rescheduled within six months free of charge
• Cancellations received within 3 days of departure date: your hire fee will be forfeited

Changes to Bookings

7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Valid photo ID or passport (for skipper)

• Food and drinks in a cool bag or esky

• Warm top (it can get cool on the water)

Selected dates

Availability:

• Available every day: 11am and 1pm. Earlier and later departure times available on request
• Departure Point: Dolphin Quay in the Mandurah Ocean Marina, where you will be met by Sea West staff to see you off safely. See Google Maps link here
• Please arrive on time to ensure ample time for your cruise and to complete a mandatory safety briefing

Important:

• Rates are per boat for a maximum of six people, including children
• Charcoal barbecue must be booked as an optional extra only, surcharges apply
• This experience does not include transfers, food or drinks
• Own food and drinks can be brought on board. There is room for a 50L esky onboard
• Must be 18+ for alcohol consumption
• If you would like to use the onboard charcoal BBQ, please select this option at booking stage
• The person designated as the skipper – who steers the boat – must remain sober during the sailing, with a BAC of 0.00. The rest of the guests (18+) may consume alcohol – please drink responsibly

Terms & Conditions:

• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you will still have to return the boat at the booked end time
• Nominated skipper must be 21+ and is required to provide a valid driver’s licence or passport. Skipper must remain sober at all times
• Smoking, fishing and excessive drinking or beaching of the boat are not allowed while on hire
• Swimming is welcome during your hire but only when the vessel is securely tied up and turned off
• A security bond and credit card are required on the day of hire. No money will be taken from your card unless vessel is damaged or hire agreement signed is broken
• Fees apply for late return or if boat is returned dirty, payable directly to Sea West
• If, at your hire time, the winds are deemed ‘strong’ by Sea West crew, you may not be able to have the umbrella up on your BBQ boat
• Maximum weight limit for vessel is 480 kg – this is roughly the equivalent of four adults and two children, plus an esky. For groups including more than four adults, please ensure you do not exceed the maximum weight limit
