7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily a la carte set-menu breakfast is served from a set menu at Redfish Poke Bar from 7am–1pm.
- One included drink per person, per day. Served at Lost + Found from 11.30am–8.30pm. Choice of draft beer, select cocktails, wellness drinks or soft drinks.
- The resort amenity fee includes: welcome cocktails at Lost + Found, complimentary access to Bishop Museum, two bottles of water per stay, beach chairs for daily use, boogie boards for daily use, GoPro cameras for daily use, 24/7 fitness centre access, poolside sunscreen and local tea elixir, complimentary daily wellbeing classes, guest-only access to select onsite events such as Sunset Swim (Friday pool party) and poolside entertainment on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Amenities are subject to change without notice.
- Valet parking is not included, but is available for US$49 per vehicle, per night.
- A US$200 incidental hold per room will be placed on a valid credit card at check-in. This hold covers potential charges during your stay, such as dining, minibar purchases, or other incidental expenses.
Return Shared Transfer Fine Print (select packages only):
- Includes: Shared return shuttle transfer between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and Waikiki accommodation, with transport by air-conditioned vehicle featuring comfortable leather seating.
- Valid for two or four people, as per your selected accommodation package.
- Available daily on request from 5am to 10pm, with departures approximately every 60 minutes.
- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.
- To complete the booking, you must email info@flyshuttletours.com with the information below:
- Full name of lead traveller
- Flight number
- Airline
- Arrival time and date
- Hotel address
- Please send your Luxury Escapes voucher with your booking code for redemption.
- Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
- There is a limit of two standard-size suitcases per person. Any excess luggage, such as surfboards, golf bags and wheelchairs, may be subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
- A child or booster seat can be requested at the time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
- After you book your transportation, you will be sent your pick-up location information.
- Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
- Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date
- The passenger(s) assume full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the transfer by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee may apply from US$250.
- Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the departure date are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee. From two days before your chosen date onwards, bookings are non-refundable. If cancelling within 48 hours of departure, arriving late, or failing to show up, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Refunds are also not available for no-shows. You may cancel for a full refund within seven days of purchase, provided it is at least two days before your chosen date. Any changes to your booking require at least 48 hours’ notice.
