The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable. For bookings that fall during Nyepi Day, inclusions will be subject to adjustment according to the hotel’s regulations and policies.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to access the hotel’s lobby and beach area due to steep stairs.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served from 7am at Ulu Segara Restaurant.
• Guests can enjoy a daily two-course a la carte meal at Ulu Segara Restaurant, choosing between lunch, served from 11.30am—2pm, or dinner, served from 6pm—11pm. Kids eat from a special kids’ menu.
• Daily afternoon tea is available from 1pm and includes a selection of hot, cold, savoury and sweet dishes.
• The included massage takes place at Swari Spa after 9am and can be used for any massage. Advance booking required.
• The minibar restocked daily includes soft drinks and mineral water. Villa guests (select packages) will also receive Bintang beers.
• The shuttle to Bali Collection mall and Geger Beach departs the resort daily at 11.22am, 1:22pm, 4.22pm and 7.07pm. The shuttle departs Bali Collection mall at 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 6.45pm and 9.10pm.
• Nightly cocktail is served at the Beach Bar anytime from 2pm. Guests may choose from a select menu.
• Free snorkelling equipment, canoes and bikes must be booked at the front desk at least one day in advance.
• Kids’ club is open daily from 11am—5pm for children aged 3 years and above. Parental supervision is required.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailingluxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine.
• Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.

• The Reservations team will confirm your time, pick-up location, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel. Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• For packages with return transfers: if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your preferred departure transfer pickup location.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR55,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
