Tokoriki Island Resort

The resort is located on Fiji’s idyllic Tokoriki Island, surrounded by sun, surf and sand. Nadi Airport (NAN) is approximately a one-hour drive and speedboat trip from the resort. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily two-course lunch is served at the resort’s main restaurant from 12–2pm.
• Daily breakfast is served a la carte ith free-flow sparkling wine from a menu rotated every four days.
• Complimentary wellness activities include fitness centre access, tennis, table tennis, garden chess, basket weaving, trivia and hiking.
• Complimentary non-motorised waterports include access to snorkels, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and a Hobie Cat catamaran. Guests can book snorkelling on the day of, in the morning.
• Cultural evening shows occur ever Sunday and Wednesday, while live music is played nightly by the bar.
• Nightly three-course dinner is served at the resort’s main restaurant from 6.30pm–9.30pm.
• Happy hour is from 5.30pm–7pm.
• One-time teppanyaki dinner is served at Oishii Teppanyaki from 7pm every night. Pre-booking is not required.This will replace the standard nightly dinner inclusion.
• Canapes hour is daily, with included cocktail tasting available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Transfers are not included but guests can contact the hotel to book catamaran, speedboat or helicopter transfers. Visit the resort website for more information.

Return Helicopter Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Return helicopter transfer from Nadi International Airport (NAN) to Tokoriki Island Resort, plus private lounge access at Nadi Airport with coffee, snacks, private boarding gates and personal luggage handling.
• Bookings are essential via email (info@helicopters.com.fj), quoting your booking number.
• Please note the helicopter transfer is not confirmed until Island Hoppers Fiji email you within 1–3 business days with a desired booking date and time to confirm your transfer.
• Please present your booking confirmation on arrival.
• Book early to secure your desired date and time.
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure.
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price.
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 years may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+).
• Travel insurance is recommended​.
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity: 15kg baggage allowance per person.
  • Excess baggage will be charged on arrival, from FJD12 per kg, payable directly to Island Hoppers Fiji.
  • Excess baggage will be sent on the next available flight or can be left in storage at Island Hoppers Fiji hanger at Nadi International Airport at no cost.
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Island Hoppers Fiji.
