7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at NAVA Restaurant from 6.30am–11am.
• Nightly free-flow drinks hour is available at Taproom from 5pm–10pm. Includes wine, beer and soft drinks.
• One-time lunch is served at NAVA Restaurant from 12pm–3pm. Includes two main dishes and one appetiser to share between two.
• Included stem cell mask treatment voucher is available at the nearby Reals Aesthetic Center. Advanced booking is required. For treatment details and consultation, guests are required to contact the clinic directly. Hotel reserves the right not to provide further information or advice regarding the treatment. The clinic is open daily from 10am–7pm.
• One 60-minute aquatherapy experience per adult at The Rabbit Moon Aquatherapy (select packages only) includes nine hydromassage stations and 50 jet streams. Guests can navigate the circuit at their own pace or participate in guided exercise programs.
• The resort offers a shuttle boat service to Sathorn (BTS) Pier, Icon Siam Pier and Asiatique Pier. This service departs on a schedule and is available on a first-come, first-served basis

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seats requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
