Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. • Connecting Mirage King and Twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability.
• Nightly complimentary drink for two adults is per adult, per night. Must be redeemed each day and cannot be accumulated. Only redeemable for house wine, beer or soft drink.
• Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (accommodation only).
• The Terraces Restaurant seafood buffet dinner is once per package, for two adults, and includes the ocean-to-plate buffet dining experience only. Drinks are not included. Meat dishes are available in place of the seafood. Seafood buffet dinner offerings may vary subject to local government restrictions.
• The bedding configuration for the Lagoon-View Room and Partial Ocean-View Room (one king bed or two double beds) is strictly subject to availability and can be requested at the time of purchase via the Special Requests field during booking, however, is not guaranteed.
