Sea World Resort

Sea World Resort is located on the Gold Coast, and this buzzing city is jam-packed with ways to spend your day. It’s almost impossible to run out of things to do: take a day trip to the Gold Coast hinterland to visit wineries and beautiful national parks, shop your heart out at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or surf on the world-famous beaches. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Kids eat breakfast free: Kids (13 and under) eat a free buffet breakfast with every full paying adult. Valid at Shoreline Restaurant only.
• ‘Hop On, Hop Off’ day pass: One free child ‘Hop on, Hop Off’ day pass will be provided only with the purchase of a Family Day Pass.

Travelshoot 30-Minute Professional Photoshoot

Inclusions:

• Session time and the album of edited professional photos post the photoshoot
• Access to a client gallery – a private online gallery to view, share and download images
• Online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot
• All photos provided in high-resolution format
• The 30-minute experience includes one location and 20 edited images provided within 7 days

Fine Print:

• Travelshoot will email you within 1-2 business days to book in your desired date.
• Rates are for up to eight people
• Infants of all ages may attend and are included in group numbers.
• This experience does not include: any physical photo product (images are provided online to download).
• A car or other transportation is not included.

How it works:

• Before the shoot: be connected with a recommended photographer online, see samples of their work, and communicate any special requests with them before your photoshoot.
• Choose from two locations for your Travelshoot – Enjoy a convenient shoot in the resort with the beautiful backdrop of the Gold Coast Broadwater – the shoot will take place at the garden terrace, Boatshed and marina (or splash around in the Aqua Play!); or pop across to Main Beach (approx. 500m walking distance from the resort) for some stunning shots amongst the sand and sea.
• Photoshoot day: your photographer will meet you at the agreed time, and guide you through your experience with the focus on being yourselves – fun, natural and candid memories!
• Receive your photos: samples within 48 hours, and the full album in seven days! You will be emailed a link to a private online gallery where you can view, share and download your high-resolution photos.
• Rates are for up to eight people and for leisure purposes only (and are not bookable for a commercial purpose).
