Paradox Sydney is perfectly placed for discovery, with the likes of Darling Harbour, the Sydney Opera House and the Queen Victoria Building within easy reach. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Sydney Airport (SYD). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Premier Twin bedding configuration: For three guests, the bedding will be two single beds and one rollaway bed, as two double beds cannot be guaranteed for three guests or below. For four guests, the bedding will be two double beds.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Lady Fairfax Room from 6:30am to 10:30am on weekdays, and 7am to 11am on weekends and public holidays.
• Dining Credit: Non-cumulative credit must be used during your stay and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Guests receive A$50 per package. Any unused credit will be forfeited. Credit can be used at The Fax Bar, Lady Fairfax Room and for in-room dining (excludes minibar and Bentley Restaurant & Bar). No minimum spend applies.
• Welcome drink credit may be redeemed at The Fax Bar and is a choice of house wine, beer or non-alcoholic drink.
• Business Class Lounge access (select packages) for those in the Business Class Room includes a limited buffet or a la carte breakfast in the Lounge or Lady Fairfax Room, daytime refreshments, plus evening drinks and canapes. Complimentary ironing service is also available once per stay for up to two garments in the Business Class Room.
• Valet car parking facilities are available for A$85 per car per night/up to 24 hours (subject to change). Height restriction of 1.8m applies to your vehicle; additional restrictions apply for large vehicles. Contact the hotel for details.

SkyFeast Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

Inclusions:

• Valid for two adults (13+) or two adults (13+) and two children (4–12), as per your accommodation package.
• 1.5-hour buffet dinner sitting at SkyFeast at Sydney Tower.
• Welcome glass of sparkling, red or white wine, beer, house cocktail, soft drink or juice on arrival per person (*must be 18+ for alcohol consumption).
• Guaranteed window seating.
• Available every day: Sittings from 5pm–9pm (last booking).
  • Please Note: Throughout November & December, all Saturday bookings will be lunch sittings only, available from 12.15pm–2pm (last booking).
  • Public holiday sittings are available at a 15% surcharge, special event dates (such as Mothers Day) have a pre-set menu for all guests, which may incur additional charge to dine on these dates. Please refer to conditions of offer for further details.

Fine Print:

• Exclusions: Additional drinks and drinks packages, accommodation, hotel transfers and public holiday surcharges are not included.
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s).
• Additional drinks and drink packages are available to purchase on day of booking, payable directly to SkyFeast at Sydney Tower.
• Please Note: Throughout November & December, all Saturday bookings will be lunch sittings only, available from 12.15pm–2pm (last booking).
• Dietary requirements: Due to the nature of the buffet restaurant and potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients, SkyFeast cannot guarantee completely allergy-free dining experiences.
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as examples only.
• Valid for dine-in only.
• Please note, bookings of more than six people may be accommodated across multiple tables.
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. SkyFeast at Sydney Tower abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• Child rate is valid for children aged 4–12. Children aged 0–3 are considered infants and may dine free of charge.
• All guests aged 15 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Maximum sitting time per booking is 1.5 hours.
• Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers.
