Nick Villa 2 Ubud is a peaceful and cozy hideaway located right in the heart of Ubud’s cultural scene, just a short walk from the scenic Campuhan Ridge Walk and the famous Blanco Museum. This one-bedroom villa features a private pool, tropical garden, air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and bathtub, and a simple living area with a Smart TV and compact kitchen. It’s the perfect spot to relax while staying close to Ubud’s cafés, art spots, and nature trails. Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance keep everything fresh, and the friendly staff is ready to assist with airport transfers, local tours, and anything else you might need for a smooth and memorable stay.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Please note that Nick Villas Ubud is a private complex of six villas located next to each other. Nick Villa 1 Ubud is currently undergoing renovation until 30 November 2025, with work taking place only during the day (8 AM–5 PM). While there may be some daytime noise, the work is not visible from outside the villa.
