Luxury Modern 6 Bed Private Pool Villa
Claim a sleek, contemporary six-bedroom villa within a resort setting, with five bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms and the sixth served by a bathroom just outside. Three fully equipped kitchens span a main indoor space, a self-contained kitchenette in one bedroom and an outdoor kitchen for poolside dining. A 5m x 10m private pool is paired with an outdoor shower and a dedicated poolside bathroom.
Resort facilities include a tennis court, an onsite restaurant and a shuttle service to the beach or shopping malls twice daily. Banyan Golf Club sits close by for easy tee times. Four smart TVs are positioned throughout the villa, and optional extras include additional beds, food delivery, in-villa massages and car or scooter hire. Maid service is provided four hours daily, Monday to Saturday, with personal check-in and check-out.
Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. Energy saving is for the sake of our world.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
