7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Rice restaurant from 6am to 10.30am.
• The included lunches or dinners include a selection of international and Thai a la carte menus. Lunches are served at The Rice restaurant or Sunya Coffee Bar & Wine from 11am to 4pm daily. Dinners are served at The Rice restaurant or Sunya Coffee Bar & Wine from 5pm to 10pm daily.
• The extended happy hour inclusion takes place at Sunya Coffee Bar & Wine from 12pm to 2pm and 4pm to 9pm daily. The happy hour deal is two for one cocktails, spirits and house wine. All beers are excluded. For packages with children included, children can enjoy two-for-one soft drinks and fresh juices.
• The 60-minute massage is your choice of Thai or aromatherapy massage and must be booked at least 48 hours prior. Jamuna Spa is open from 11am to 8pm daily.
• The one hour of free-flow drinks will take place at Sunya Coffee Bar & Wine from 11am to 10pm daily (guests can select any time they like within these hours). Free-flow drinks include local beers (excluding premium beers) and local and international whiskey, rum, and gin (excluding premium liquor) for adults. For packages with children included, children can enjoy free-flow soft drinks or canned juices.
• The Duplex Pool Villa Sea View includes one bed only. If two children stay, the second child will share existing bedding with parents.

• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guest can also bring their own.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
