Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$150 per adult (18+) and US$75 per child (2–17) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Twin single beds can be requested in all room types, please contact the resort directly to organise (subject to availability).
• Daily breakfast is served at Ocean Terrace Restaurant from 7am to 10am.
• Daily lunch or nightly dinner is a three-course set-menu at Ocean Terrace Restaurant. Lunch is available from 11am to 6pm. Dinner is available from 6pm to 11pm. Bookings are recommended for lunch and dinner.
• Spa treatments must be booked in advance. Treatments are available daily from 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 8pm.
• Nightly cocktail is based on local spirit and is not applicable during New Year’s Eve. Available from 5pm to 6pm nightly.
• Cooking class (select packages only) includes a 90-minute cooking class followed by lunch at Biru Restaurant. Classes must be booked in advance. Sessions are available at 11am or 12.30pm daily.
• Please note that for additional guests wishing to sleep on an extra bed instead of included sofa bed, a compulsory surcharge of US$30 per night applies.

Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer (based on package selected), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
