Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,530,000 per adult (15+) and IDR765,000 per child (6–14) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Daily buffet breakfast at Waterfall Restaurant is available from 7am to 11am.
• Daily lunch or dinner includes unlimited courses from either buffet or a la carte options, depending on the restaurant. Dining is subject to each restaurants opening hours. Additional fees apply for premium items.
• Lunch is available at Surfer’s Corner, Ayodya Beach Club & Grill or Java Hut.
• Dinner is available at Waterfall Restaurant, Genji or Ayodya Beach Club & Grill.
• Daily free-flow drinks are available at any onsite venue during opening hours and includes soft drinks, mineral water, juices, local beer, local spirits and a selection of local wine. Please note guests may only order one drink, per person at a time.
• All-inclusive dining excludes in-room dining.
• Ayodya Palace Club access includes VIP check-in, access to the Palace Pool from 11am to 3pm, afternoon tea from 3pm to 4.30pm, evening cocktails and canapes from 6pm to 7.30pm in the lounge, plus a daily fruit basket in-room.
• Complimentary yoga is per the resort’s schedule.
• A 15% discount on in-room dining is also available.

Fine Print:

• Additional guests do not have transfers included in their package. Transfers can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Transfers for additional guests must be organised independently.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car.
• A three passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six passenger van can fit six pieces*. An infant seat can be pre booked at IDR35,000 per seat each way. Guest can also bring their own.
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days prior to departure. Find more information via: https://luxuryescapes.com/refund-policy.
