AnandaDara Ubud Resort & Spa is ideally situated in the serene landscapes of northern Ubud, offering easy access to the beautiful Tegallalang Rice Terraces. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is available at de Daara eateries or in-room from 7am to 11am daily. Breakfast includes a fruit platter, coffee or tea, juice, croissants and a selected main course item.
• Daily lunch or dinner is available at de Daara eateries from a select menu. Lunch is available from 12pm to 5pm daily. Dinner is available from 6pm to 11pm daily.
• Nightly cocktail is a from a select arak cocktail menu, available at de Daara eateries from 3pm to 7pm.
• Complimentary minibar is refreshed daily and is non-alcoholic.
• The Ubud shuttle operates three return trips a day starting from 9am. Pick-up and drop-off point is Ubud Palace. Booking in advance is recommended.
• Morning trek through the rice paddy field begins at 7am and is on request. Booking in advance is required.
• Included massage is a traditional Balinese massage. Please note that all massage treatments need to be pre-booked at least one day in advance. l’santē AnandaDara SPA is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Last treatment time is 8pm.
• One-time bucket of beer (select packages only) includes four bottles of Singaraja beer.
• Please note, the Richfield Villa with Onsen is only accessible via stairs. Resort staff will be available to assist with luggage.

One-Way OR Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
