Cut through ink-blue waters past the jagged limestone coastline, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness the magic of the Indian Ocean with intimate Zodiac and Xplorer vessel excursions that allow you to access areas larger vessels can’t. Your cruise departs Hobart at 4pm on Day 2 and returns to Perth at 11am on Day 10. Please ensure you arrive in time for boarding.

Day 1: Arrive in Hobart, Tasmania
Your journey begins with an included flight to Hobart from Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Adelaide (ADL), Perth (PER) or Canberra (CBR). On arrival at the airport, enjoy a private transfer to your pre-cruise accommodation, The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel (or similar) — a beautiful heritage hotel dating back to the 1800s. The day is all yours to explore the vibrant Tasmanian capital, Hobart — a treasure trove of Tasmanian produce, art and historic architecture, waiting to be unearthed.

Day 2: Embarkation Hobart, Tasmania
Rise and shine with a hearty breakfast and time to explore at your own pace. A SailSAFE check-in at your hotel will be conducted before you are transferred to the Coral Adventurer in time for departure at 4pm. Take time to become acquainted with all the facilities onboard as you cruise west towards the Great Australian Bight with a cocktail in hand. As dusk falls, meet your fellow travellers, before enjoying your first feature dinner, which perfectly showcases the flavours of Tasmania and Western Australia.

Days 3 — 9: At Sea
As you swiftly glide through the Southern Ocean and the Great Australian Bight, celebrity chef Paul West (host of River Cottage Australia) and expert pastry chef Nigel Braithwaite (of London’s The Savoy Hotel, Le Meridien Waldorf Hotel and Café Royal) will take you on a culinary journey. Enjoy tastings, demonstrations and delicious meals inspired by local Tasmanian and Western Australian produce, served together with premium wine pairings.
Days at sea are yours to enjoy at your leisure. Onboard the boutique Coral Adventurer, be amazed by its magnificent facilities: bathe in the golden rays and catch up on your reading, relax while soaking up the views, and enjoy a series of educational lectures on Tasmanian and Western Australian flora, fauna and history.
Along the journey, you can enjoy a tour of the bridge, galley and engine room to learn more about the ship and its capabilities, stargaze into the abyss and watch the world go by as you wine and dine with your fellow comrades.
As the ship draws nearer to the warm waters of the Indian Ocean (weather permitting) you may have the opportunity to explore the coastline via Xplorers and Zodiacs. Here, you can get up close and personal with friendly sealife.
On the final night aboard, we will enjoy a farewell dinner prepared by your chefs Paul and Nigel.

Day 10: Disembark Perth, Western Australia
