• Available every day: 6.40am – 5.30pm (approximately). Departure times vary according to pick-up location
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Pick-up available from your accommodation in Sydney CBD or close to it. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking. Pick-up location and times will be confirmed 24 hours prior to the tour. Drop-off for all guests is at Circular Quay
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional meals and drinks, animal encounters at Sydney Zoo, and drop-off hotel transfer
• Please allow up to 12 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This is a shared tour, meaning that you will travel with other guests
• Children must be aged 3–15 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under two may attend free of charge only if they do not occupy a seat (if a seat is needed then a child ticket must be purchased). Please advise of any infant passengers at the time of booking
• Accessibility:
  • Due to the nature of the walks and vehicles, it is not possible to accommodate guests in wheelchairs or mobility scooters
  • A walker may be brought along, but they must be folded to fit between the guest and guest seat on the bus or in the private vehicle. If the guest cannot do this unaided, a carer would need to attend to assist the guest. A carer is also recommended should the guest find uneven ground or stairs unmanageable on their own
  • Vision and hearing impaired guests are welcome to attend with a carer
  • Guests with challenges in learning, communication, understanding and behaviour are welcome to attend with a carer
  • All toilet stops include an accessible toilet
  • Small prams or strollers may be brought along, but they need to be folded to fit between the guest and guest seat on the bus or in the private vehicle

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• No refunds apply in the event of: weather or other conditions prevent views; not all or any rides can be completed at Scenic World for any reason including extremely excessive lines or maintenance works
