- Check-in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes prior to departure
Important:
- Please note: flights are weather dependent. Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability. If you cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund
- Please call 0800 676 264 one hour before your scheduled flight on the day of your flight for a weather check
Terms and Conditions:
- Infants under 3 years old are permitted and must weigh less than 15kgs
- Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
- Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
