• Departure Point: Dock 3, located at the very end of Stokes Hill Wharf, City Side, Darwin Harbour
• Please check in at least 40 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Check-in commences 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to commence boarding. Please ensure you are at the departure point no later than 15 minutes prior to departure as the boarding time is strictly enforced.
• We look forward to seeing you at Dock 3 the end of Stokes Hill Wharf from 5:30-5:45 pm for boarding. Transfers can be added to your booking at an additional $20.00 per person from any city hotel. Please call Darwin Harbour Cruises on 08 8942 3131 if you would like to arrange and prepay for a transfer. Transfer pick up times are between 4:45 - 5:15 pm. Please note smoking or the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the vessel.

• Exclusions: Drinks, additional food dishes, hotel transfers and optional gratuities are not included
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Darwin Harbour Cruises
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 72 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Drinks are not included in your experience but can be purchased onboard, payable directly to Darwin Harbour Cruises
• Return transfers from Darwin City hotels can be added to your booking from $20 per person. Please contact Darwin Harbour Cruises directly on 08 8942 3131 to arrange transfers. Please note, transfer pick-up times are generally from 4.45pm–5.15pm
• Please allow up to three hours for the duration of this experience
• Please note, Darwin Harbour Cruises are unable to accommodate individuals who require mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• All children (0–17) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18+) at all times on the vessel. Darwin Harbour Cruises reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse to board any child unaccompanied by a responsible adult
• Please note, smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted on board
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Darwin Harbour Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellation:

• All cancellations and amendments must be made directly to Darwin Harbour Cruises via phone 1800 019 323 or email sales@darwinharbourcruises.com.au
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes are subject to availability and payment of any increased fare difference.
• The date for the alternative journey must be within 180 days of the date of the original scheduled departure

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
