• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: departures from 10.30am–3.30pm (final booking time)
• Departure point: 260 Emungalan Road, Katherine, Northern Territory
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2024
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals and no-shows void offer.

Important:

• Tours are not necessarily bespoke, sometimes multiple parties will be flown together
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure.
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Katherine Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations.
• Weight restrictions apply. Individual passenger weight is not to exceed 136kg in the R44.
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Katherine Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Katherine Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage.
• Katherine Helicopters will keep the lead passenger informed if the weather does not look suitable for the flight. If the weather is not looking suitable Katherine Helicopters will offer other flight times available during passengers’ visit to Katherine, if this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
