Availability:

• Available every day in season: Morning departure: 10.30am; returns 1.30pm. Afternoon departure: 2pm; returns 5pm (approximately)
• Bookings available from 30 May – 3 November 2024
• Departure point: Dock C, D’Albora Marinas, Nelson Bay
• Boarding on all cruises is open 15 minutes prior to the vessel departure time. If you are unable to make it to the cruise by departure time, please contact the vendor office at (02) 4984 9000 for assistance
• Bookings valid to 3 November 2024

Important:

• Please allow up to three hours (approximately) for this cruise, including boarding and disembarking time
• Paid parking is available at the d’Albora Marina, Victoria Parade and other locations around Nelson Bay which are walking distance to the marina
• Allow ample time for parking and to make your way to the vessel. Allow extra time during weekends and peak holiday periods
• Vessels are not suited for wheelchair access
• Licensed bar includes alcohol, soft drink and snacks available for purchase. Imagine is a fully licensed vessel, as such there is no BYO alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring reasonable amount of food (fruit, sandwiches, snack bars) and nonalcoholic beverages onboard either vessel
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Imagine Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Baby prams/strollers are permitted on board the vessels
• If you have concerns about seasickness, it is recommended you seek advice from a local pharmacy about preventatives prior to the cruise

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are subject to change in the event of situations outside of their control such as but not limited to high tides, river conditions, weather, forces of nature, pandemics etc
• Whilst all care is taken to ensure the safety of passengers, Imagine Cruises accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss of property caused whilst aboard the vessel or during any cruise
• Imagine is a non-smoking vessel and smoking of any substance is not permitted
• Passengers will be refused entry if they are intoxicated, abusive or threatening towards any of the employees or passengers
• Imagine Cruises have the right to cancel a cruise for any reason, including bad weather or insufficient numbers. In such cases, passengers will be offered to reschedule, to put booking on hold until you have a new date or offered a full refund
• Concessional fares apply to holders of Australian Seniors Cards. Full time students (aged 15–25) must provide relevant ID

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Should you wish to cancel outside of 24 hours of your travel date, you must provide this in writing to info@imaginecruises.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Reschedule requests must be sent to info@imaginecruises.com.au
• Within 24 hours of your travel date, you will only be allowed to reschedule your cruise and no refunds will be issued. An administration fee from A$10 may be applied for changes and/or cancellations at Imagine Cruises’ discretion
