Availability:

• Available every day in season: Begins at 7.30am. This is a full-day experience
• Bookings available from 1 June – 30 September
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2026
• Meeting point: Shop 4 Peoples Park, Coral Bay, Western Australia. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, additional food and drinks (unless specified). Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• This tour is recommended for experienced swimmers
• Interaction Swim Ticket: Guests will participate in swimming with humpback whales
• Observer Only Ticket: Guests will partake in everything except getting in the water
• Snorkelling Only Ticket: Guests will partake in everything except swimming with humpback whales. However, if there are less than 14 interaction swimmers you may upgrade on the boat (fees apply)

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy:
  • Child rate applies to children aged 6–16. Children aged 5 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. If you wish for your infant to swim, please purchase the child option instead of infant
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times, including all in-water activities. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to be left on the vessel unaccompanied, this includes when an in-water activity is taking place. Adults are to take turns in the water if a minor wishes to remain on-board
• Coral Bay Ecotours reserves the right to refuse entry into the water to any passenger whom the skipper believes does not have the required swimming ability, is a potential danger to either themselves, other guests or crew, or who has transgressed tour rules and conditions (as advised prior to tour departure)
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Wildlife sightings: Coral Bay Ecotours does not guarantee wildlife sightings or interactions on any tour at any time. Wildlife is, by its very nature, ‘wild’ and marine life exists without constraints on their behaviour, therefore no guarantee of sightings can be provided
• Interactive Swim:
  • In the event that an in-water interaction is not possible on the day of the tour, Interaction swimmers will be refunded from the interaction price to the ‘Snorkelling only’ price. Coral Bay Ecotours does not offer non-sighting repeat vouchers for this tour
  • Passengers are not permitted to take any cameras or filming equipment in the water for in-water interactions with the humpback whales
• Coral Bay Ecotours will not allow entry into the water of any passenger with any animal if human presence in the water will disturb or alter marine life natural behaviour
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Coral Bay Ecotours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made post-booking confirmation: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made less than 7 days from experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Changes requested between 2–4 days before experience date: 25% change fee applies
• Changes requested less than 24 hours from experience date: 50% change fee applies
• Any changes are at Coral Bay Ecotour’s discretion

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
