Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks, hotel transfers, and optional gratuities for your guide

• Please Note: Bookings are not available from Friday – Monday or on public holidays
• Meeting point: Time Out Cafe – Federation Square, 2 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC. Your guide will be waiting outside the lower steps, holding a large yellow Hidden Secrets Tours branded umbrella
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least five minutes prior to scheduled departure time
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance
• With a flight at each venue (three tastings), the alcohol level equates to approximately four glasses of wine in a three-hour period
• All food is chosen to match the drinks, and all nine dishes are savoury tapas-sized items
• The walk between each venue is maximum 15 minutes. Please note, tour visits off-the-beaten-track venues and many have stairs. Please contact Hidden Secrets Tours directly if you have accessibility concerns and they will endeavour to swap venues if possible
• Tours is conducted in English
• Please note, this is a shared tour with a maximum of eight guests. Private tours are available on request – please contact Hidden Secret Tours directly to arrange
• Please allow up to 3.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Hidden Secrets Tours abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum group size per tour is eight people
• Itinerary is subject to change based on venue availability, weather, and other circumstances

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days of departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made within 72 hours’ of departure date: 100% cancellation fees applies

Changes to Bookings:

• Changes made with at least 7 days’ notice will not incur an amendment fee
• Changes made within 3–7 days of departure date: 40% amendment fee applies (excluding booking/credit card fees)
• Changes requested within 72 hours of tour commencement will be considered as a cancellation and charged accordingly
• All date changes must be rebooked to a date within two months of the original booked date
