• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price.
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Scenic Helicopters as aviation conditions apply
• Must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and provide valid ID upon request. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18+)
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Scenic Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Scenic Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Scenic Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made one month prior to scheduled departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made seven days prior to scheduled departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Please note: Refund percentages listed above exclude any deposit or business costs incurred, whichever is larger

Changes to Bookings:

• One month’s notice is required to change a booking you have made
