• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested booking to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket
• Your tickets will become available in your booking within two business days of purchase. This official ticket will be required to redeem your experience.
• Tickets are valid for use for 12 months from purchase date. All tickets from multi-attraction entry ticket packages must be used within a seven-day period from your first visit

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, additional entry days, merchandise, attraction surcharges not included in entry price and hotel transfers
• Note: This experience does not include entry to Whitewater World
• No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises
• No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises
• No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought onto the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol
• No glassware or sharp objects may be brought onto the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises
• Rider minimum heights are measured with bare feet. Please see Dreamworld Ride restrictions here
• Guests with medical conditions or disabilities are encouraged to review Accessibility Information

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather
• Specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests chose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements
• Attraction entry validity duration: Valid for unlimited entry to Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck over two days (within seven days from your first visit). One day represents a calendar day, not a 24-hour cycle
• Dreamworld:
  • Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details
  • Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain
  • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability

Cancellations:

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
