• Departure/Return Point: Whitsunday Sailing Club, 11 Ocean Road, Airlie Beach. Please meet down the stairs, on the concrete area below the balcony, around the back of the club.
• Please check in at least 5 minutes prior to your cruise departure time.

• Please note, transfer to the main boat is via smaller tenders. Please take care on the jetty and when embarking and disembarking
• This tour is not recommended for travellers with impaired mobility, who are unable to climb a small ladder to board the boat

• A fully licensed bar is available onboard the catamaran. All purchases are payable directly to Mandalay Cruises
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• The catamaran also provides guests ready access to an air-conditioned area throughout the day if desired
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Mandalay Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–14. Children aged under 3 are NOT allowed to participate in the snorkelling session. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Mandalay Cruises reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, mechanical issues, minimum numbers not met, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date, a credit, or a full refund.
• Tours operate in various weather conditions; however, if conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the tour may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Light rain or variable weather typically does not constitute grounds for cancellation
• No BYO allowed. You cannot bring your own food or drinks onboard. Festival food, snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase onboard, payable directly to Mandalay Cruises
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• There is no wheelchair access on the vessel (please note, toilets are down a set of stairs)
• No prams are permitted on the boat
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
