• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before experience date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 50% cancellation fee applies

• Please arrive at park reception area by 2pm for check in. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher
• Guests must be able to hold a feed pole unaided at any time during the experience
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including check in and safety briefing

Terms & Conditions:

• Park admission tickets are valid for the date of purchase and re-entry for four (4) consecutive days after
• Minimum two people required to book
• Maximum four guests per session
• All guests must be aged 16+ to participate in this experience. Proof of age may be requested
• Guests aged 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ to participate
• Participants are required to sign an indemnity release form and health waiver prior to start time. Participants aged 16 & 17 must have parental consent and indemnity signed by a parent or legal guardian
• Participants must agree to comply with all safety instructions provided during the safety briefing. Failure to comply and or undertaking of any behaviour deemed offensive to other park guests or staff will result in immediate cancellation of the experience without refund.
• Wildlife Habitat’s CrocArena team are attuned to animal behaviour and every effort will be made to ensure your experience is memorable; however, please be advised these are wild animals and Wildlife Habitat cannot guarantee they will feed and engage all year round
