• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email and travel details will be automatically sent to you within 7 days of your nominated travel date.

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 21 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days prior to departure
• Cancellations within 21 days of departure, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Standard sedan suitable for up to three passengers; standard van suitable for up to six passengers
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request free of charge at time of booking. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
  • Maximum of two (2) infant seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way travel
• Valid for transfers to or from Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR) only
• Please note: An overtime surcharge from VND158,000 per transfer will apply for transfers between 10pm to 6am, payable directly to the vendor
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers

Luggage restrictions:

• Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) suitcases
• Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) suitcases
• Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost`
