Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 7+ to participate in this experience. Children under 7 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Minimum numbers apply for the experience to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the experience may be cancelled or rescheduled
• A maximum of 10 people per tour applies

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 14 days and 24 hours of experience date: 25% cancellation fee applies up to a maximum of $250
• Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date: 75% cancellation fee applies up to a maximum of $250
• No shows will result in no refund

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
