• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control, and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage
• All flights are on a shared basis and are not on a private basis unless vessels are chartered or the product is advertised as such
• Seat allocation including window seats for scheduled flights (non-exclusive) are decided based on weight and balance and at the discretion of the pilot or ground crew to ensure the safe carriage of all passengers
• Flying time for all Wetlands options is approximately 60 minutes. Airboat Tour is 45 minutes in duration and the Safari Cruise is 90 minutes

Terms & Conditions:

• Fuel Surcharge: With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Child Policy: Minimum age for airboat tour is 4. Children aged 3+ are legally required to be seated in their own seats and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price on all helicopter flights
• Weight Policy: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage MUST be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130 kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130KG are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price – this is non-commissionable and payable to Helifish on the day of travel
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made – unless credit facilities have previously been arranged
• Helifish will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Helifish works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
