- This booking is by request only. Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance
- Guests must provide the following information at the time of booking:
- Airline and flight number
- Full names of all passengers
- Arrival date and time
- Name of hotel
- Additional infant seat (*if required, fee of $US25 applies per seat)
- For Return Transfers, please email trafficcabos@epic.com.mx with your voucher ID to provide your return trip’s departure date, location and number of passengers
- Should Epic Group need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival
- In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete information that has resulted in Epic Group being unable to carry out the transfer, no refund will be granted

- Transfer areas available: San Jose del Cabo, Tourist Corridor, Puerto Los Cabos, Pacifica, Diamante or Cabo San Lucas zone hotels
- Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
Important:
- Bookings are subject to availability
- This is a shared shuttle transfer, which means you will be sharing your vehicle with other passengers
- Surfboards and golf bags incur a US$10 surcharge per transfer, payable directly to your driver
- If an additional infant seat is required, a US$25 surcharge per transfer applies, payable directly to your driver. Please advise at time of booking if required
- Luggage allowance: one standard piece of luggage and one carry-on bag are permitted per person
- If you cannot locate your driver, please call +526 24124 0222 or seek out a Customer Care Representative in the Hospitality Area upon arrival at the airport or departure from your hotel. There is a maximum wait time of 30 minutes after calling
Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are per person and are valid for one-way OR return shared transfers, as selected at time of booking
- Valid for transfers to and/or from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) only
- Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
- Transfers are not confirmed until you have provided all travel information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival (see How to Redeem)
