Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Six or more guests cancellations recieved with more than 7 days notice – no cancellation fee applies
• Five guests or less and cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice – no cancellation fee applies
• For experiences and charters not cancelled within these time frames (above) – 100% cancellation fee applies and no refunds are given

Important:

• Prices for children are for ages 3-15 inclusive. Infants are classified as being aged 0-2. One infant may travel free of charge on a parent’s lap in the rear of the aircraft – at Par Avion’s discretion. There are limits on how many infants can be carried per aircraft
• Privacy is not guaranteed in any experience. Private experiences can be requested and extra fees may apply
• For all services (except bushwalker flights to/from Melaleuca) a total baggage weight restriction of 15 kg applies
• Excess baggage may incur extra fees. Excess baggage availability is not guaranteed. Up to 4 kg of carry-on items can be carried on board per passenger on experiences and scenic flights
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to Par Avion
• Specific seats in aircraft are not guaranteed on any experience or scenic flight. Passengers must sit in seats as directed by the flight crew

Terms & Conditions:

• Flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled and postponed at the discretion of Par Avion for safety reasons. If your trip is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date, subject to availability
• Par Avion will not be held liable for any costs of customers associated with their travel, accommodation or any other matter due to any flight on any aircraft-type which does not proceed as booked or confirmed
• All experiences have a specified minimum number of passengers. Par Avion reserve the right to cancel a flight or experience, or re-schedule a booked flight/experience when minimum passenger numbers are not met
• All flights and flight paths are subject to prevailing weather, tidal conditions and availability; therefore itineraries and the aircraft used are subject to change without notice
