Spend the day discovering two of the most beautiful locations on the coast, starting off with a warm-up led by the professional instructors to get you acquainted with the water for your three-hour surf lesson. After learning to master the waves, head to the beautiful Cudgen Creek National Park for your SUP lesson. With over 9 km of flat water and peaceful surroundings, the majority being National Park, you can easily escape into a wilderness bliss as you perfect the art of paddleboarding. All the equipment, instruction and safety information you’ll need will be provided on the day, and with small group sizes, you’ll get tonnes of tips and tricks to get you feeling confident.

- They are licensed at a number of surfing locations and will pick the best beach for learning to surf for your lesson depending on the conditions on the day
