Cancellations

• Cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival will be free of charge
• Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50%
• Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100%
• Should a last-minute reservation be made, the release date will be discussed as well the cancellation policy will be agreed accordingly

• Minumum two bookings must be made
• Life jackets are required for all watersport activities.
• Jet ski must be with an instructor
• Guests must be older than 5 and younger than 50 years old. Guests between 5-12 years of age must be supervised
• Not suitable for pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with respiratory conditions, guests with sinus conditions, guests with aural conditions, guests who have been diagnosed with claustrophobia.
