• Please ensure you are at the departure location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded

• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Soft drinks are available for children under 18
• Tickets for the Siena Cathedral are not included in the tour price. If you wish to visit the Cathedral, your guide will assist you. The Cathedral is closed on Sundays and for certain holy days.
• Please note that due to the religious nature of Siena Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. A scarf or shawl is acceptable. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, event days, or road hazards
