• Minimum two adults required to book
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Shangri-La Sydney abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Maximum sitting time per booking is 2.5 hours
• Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers
• Guests must purchase their tickets in a single transaction for the entire group; additional seats cannot be added on the day

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to bookings cannot be accommodated
