Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Bus Tour: 99 Jefferson St (at the corner of Mason St), San Francisco
  • Cruise: Exact departure location (either Pier 39 or Pier 43) will be provided to you upon exchanging your voucher at 99 Jefferson St
• Please arrive at the departure location at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows voids voucher

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, hotel transfers and optional gratuities
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to one hour for the Bay Cruise experience and 90 minutes for the bus tour element of this experience, including travel time
• Please note, the night bus is not a hop-on hop-off tour
• Depending on the time of year; it may not be dark on this tour
• It can get cold on the boat during the day and the bus during the evening, bring a jacket and a hat to cover your head

• Skyline Sightseeing cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Skyline Sightseeing retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions
