High Season (15 November – 16 April):

• 11am: Enjoy a welcome drink and fresh towel as you set sail from Royal Phuket Marina
• 1pm: Explore the colourful and exotic underwater scene of Phi Phi with complimentary snorkelling gear
• 1.30pm: Savour a gourmet lunch amidst the sea, while admiring breathtaking views
• 2.30pm: Walk the soft white sands of the world-famous Maya Beach
• 3.30pm: Take in the breathtaking sight of crystal-clear waters surrounded by majestic limestone cliffs at Pi Leh Lagoon
• 4.15pm: Embark on an unforgettable journey with playful monkeys at Monkey Beach
• 5pm: Relax, enjoy a drink and have a dance as the sun goes down over the sea

Low Season (17 April – 14 November):

• 11am: Enjoy a welcome drink and fresh towel as you set sail from Royal Phuket Marina
• 12pm: Savour a gourmet lunch amidst the sea, while admiring breathtaking views
• 12.30pm: Admire the mesmerising beauty of the secluded Koh Hong Lagoon, surrounded by majestic limestone cliffs
• 2pm: Snorkel and explore the serene and picturesque settings of Hong Beach and its 360-degree viewpoint
• 3.30pm: Relax on the shores of Koh Lao Lading and enjoy a refreshing swim
• 5.30pm: Take in the iconic sight of majestic limestone cliffs rising out of emerald green waters as you continue sailing through Phang Nga Bay
• 5.45pm: Relax, enjoy a drink and have a dance as the sun goes down over the sea

• Available: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: Departs 10.30am; returns 7pm (approximately). Departure times vary according to pick-up location

• Departure/Return Point: Royal Phuket Marina, 68 Moo 2, Thepkasattri Rd Kohkaew, Muang, Phuket 83000
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared transfers from selected Phuket accommodation is available – please note your accommodation in the ‘Special Request’ field when booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer

Important:

• Please note: VIP Cabins and Master Suites are priced PER CABIN and only ONE add-on is required per booking. Cabins and suites can be used by all guests in your booking
• VIP Cabins and Master Suites include one bed or couch. While there is no maximum capacity per cabin or suite, these are recommended for no more than four people for comfort
• Note: Thailand has national no-alcohol days where alcohol is not permitted to be sold by law. HYPE Yacht respects Thai laws and will do its best to inform customers of such restrictions
• Each trip is different depending on the tide levels and weather conditions. Itinerary is subject to change
• This is a shared experience not a private charter
• The timing may change, depending on the destination, the tide levels and weather conditions
• Trips are not recommended for guests over 70 years old or pregnant people
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip. HYPE Yacht take no responsibility for any loss or damage
• Pets are not allowed on board
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own food or beverages onboard
• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited
• A bar is available on board for any additional purchases. Any excess amount must be paid directly to HYPE Yacht

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum 18 people permitted on board
• All passengers must be aged 6+ for this experience
• Must be aged 20+ for alcohol consumption. Valid ID must be presented upon request
• If HYPE Yacht cannot sail safely due to bad weather, the vendor reserves the right to cancel the trip. HYPE Yacht can offer you to postpone the trip or get a 100% refund
• HYPE Yacht reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should HYPE cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund
• HYPE Yacht provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion. A copy of all guest’s ID or passport is needed for the confirmation
• Swimming is allowed at guests’ own risk. HYPE Yacht provides life jackets on board but cannot be held responsible for any incident that may occur should guests not used them
• Guests are solely and fully responsible for any children brought onboard
• The guest is aware and acknowledges that the nature of a charter may be unsuitable for any person with physical disability and/or who must undergo and/or has undergone medical treatment. By purchasing this offer, for themselves and/or others, the guest warrants sufficient medical fitness for all the participants of the voyage and are solely and fully responsible for procuring and undertaking all necessary vaccinations and visas for the countries to be visited during the voyage
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Cancellations:

• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the cruising date; the net charter fee will not be refunded
• Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the cruising date, 50% will be refunded
• For any other cancellation more than 72 hours of the cruising date, a 10% set-up fee will be deducted
• For late arrivals and no shows, 100% of the charter fee will be charged

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
