- Heirloom Tomato Salad: Heirloom tomatoes, dill, black olives, pumpkin puree served with a truffled berry broth
- Cauliflower Delight: Marinated spiced wood-fired cauliflower served on a six-hour roasted beet & tomato sauce
- A Garden On Your Plate: Seasonal oven-baked vegetables piped into a salted, steamed leek, served with micro herbs and a mild chilli sauce
- Funghi Rustica: Handmade vegan spaghetti with local oyster mushrooms, capers, black olives, fresh chilli, garlic and spinach braised in an eight-hour tomato sauce
- Storia D’inverno: Oven-baked Medjool dates, polenta, coconut cream, fresh berries on a mint & berry coulis

Five-Course Vegetarian Degustation Menu
- The Famous Burrata: House-made mozzarella ball stuffed with Pugliese mascarpone cheese, infused with Margaret River truffle honey, 24-year-old Modena Balsamico glaze, white truffle cream, basil and paprika emulsion drops. Served with wood-fired bread
- A Journey Of Arancini: Lightly crumbled Arborio rice balls served with a six-hour roasted beet & tomato sauce, pumpkin puree, Gingin goat cheese camembert, fresh herbs, balsamic glaze
- A Garden On Your Plate: Seasonal oven-baked vegetables piped into a salted, steamed leek, served with micro herbs and a mild chilli sauce
- Four Seasons Gnocchi: Handmade potato dumplings served with four sauces – six-hour roast tomato sugo, basil pesto, gorgonzola cream, pumpkin
