• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers from selected Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport and Helensvale locations – please advise of pick-up location at time of booking
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Gluten free options are available for dessert – please advise of dietary requirements at time of booking
• All vehicles carry umbrellas, insect repellent and first aid kits. Southern Cross Tours’ guides have all relevant permits, training and authorisation to ensure a safe and comfortable journey
• Rainforest walks require a low to moderate degree of fitness and follow clearly marked paths and boardwalks
• Please note, there is no luggage, pram or stroller storage available on the bus
• Booster seats are available at no additional cost – please inform at time of booking
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience

• Minimum of six passengers required for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 2–16. Infant rate applies for children aged 0–1. Please note, infant tickets do not include dessert
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
