  • Advise name of hotel when booking so transfers can be confirmed
  • After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address
  • Please note: Desert Gate will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
  • You will receive an electronic voucher from Desert Gate after they confirm your booking (note: your confirmation email is not valid for entry)

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• ⁠Available every day: Hotel Pick-up: 7pm (approximately); Cruise: 8.30pm–10.30pm
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: From your hotel in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed) or within 5kms of the city centre
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

Important:

• Children under 3 are free of charge
• An additional AED50 per person is payable for pick-ups from Sharjah and Ajman hotels
• Hotel transfers are on a shared basis
• The departure point for the crusie is Al Seef Road Marsa, Al Seef Walk, Bur Dubai (Opposite the British Embassy)

Terms & Conditions:

• No refunds will be given if the customer fails to arrive at the designated boarding time for any reason
• The cruise operator reserves the right to postpone a cruise due to inclement weather, technical issues, or force majeure
• Guests are fully responsible for any damage or littering caused to the boat and will be held accountable for payment
• Guests must carry original ID cards, Emirates ID, or driving licenses for residents, while tourists must provide their passports for identification purposes
