• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available by request: Saturday – Thursday: Departure times on request (tour duration approximately four hours, including travel time)
• Not valid: Friday
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Departure/Return Point: Private return transfers are available from select Dubai city hotels – please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time
• Meals and drinks are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue(s) visited
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Tour is offered in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Czech and Polish. Other languages are available on request, subject to availability and extra charges may apply, payable directly to Desert Gate

• Minimum two people required per booking for tour to proceed. Maximum number of guests per tour is four people

• Tour duration is indicative and approximate. The total duration will depend on traffic conditions and other factors including free time at leisure and/or lunch stops
• Desert Gate cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Desert Gate retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Prices are subject to change during festive seasons without notice. This includes Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and the holy month of Ramadan. Please contact Desert Gate directly to confirm special rates during these periods
