Important:

• Exclusions: food, drinks, merchandise, photo sessions, transport, TreeTop Challenge and pay per use facilities. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the venue
• Admission price includes all presentations, shows and attractions
• The Currumbin Express Miniature Train will not be operating from 11 November to 27 November 2024 (inclusive) due to scheduled tunnel repairs and train track maintenance. Guests will still be able to transit through the tunnel via redirected route
• Conditions of Entry:
  • No commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary
  • No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if the staff reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol
  • No glassware or sharp objects may be brought onto the premises
  • No animals are permitted within the park except guide, hearing and assistance dogs certified under the Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dog Act 2009
  • Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic or animal welfare are not permitted
  • Novelty items such as balloons, party decorations, devices with lighting or sound effects, personal media players or speakers and any other item that is identified as a potential welfare risk to animals or guests are not permitted inside the park
  • Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the Sanctuary for vandalism, stealing, offensive or violent behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to supervise persons under your care properly, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry. Such actions may result in immediate eviction from the venue without a refund. Additional action may include Police involvement and/or a venue ban
  • Dress code: Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal, or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc. If your clothing or swimwear does not comply with these regulations, appropriate attire is available for purchase at Natures Gifts Shop. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 3–13 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian aged 18+ at all times
• Images & Recording Devices: Guests must respect the privacy of other guests at all times. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility. Please report any incidents to staff immediately. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse, or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are not permitted to touch, or in any other way, interfere with objects or displays unless otherwise directed by staff or as indicated by official notices
• The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions
